Our journey began in 2010 when Beavis Morgan was established through the merger of two prestigious City-based firms: Beavis Walker, founded in 1902, and Morgan Brown & Spofforth, with roots dating back to the 1890s. Techn22 is established, offering IT support services and iSolutions, with services including IT infrastructure optimisation, cloud technology implementation, web development and IT operations management.

BM Estate Planning is formed, providing advice and guidance on a wide range of inheritance-related issues and later life planning.
2021
BM Structured Finance becomes Moorfields Commercial Finance, an independent finance brokerage, advising and assisting businesses in sourcing the right financial products for their specific needs.

Restructuring, insolvency and advisory firms BM Advisory and Moorfields Advisory merge and continue to operate under the Moorfields Advisory brand as part of the Beavis Morgan group.

Integrity365 is established, further enhancing the Beavis Morgan group offering by delivering independent, holistic financial planning services.

Donald Jacobs and Partners join Beavis Morgan 360, further enhancing the business’ core accounting, tax and business advisory offering in Greater London.

Beavis Morgan 360 is incorporated, specialising in estate planning and asset protection.

Debt advisory firm Cadence Advisory is formed, specialising in advising corporates and investors in relation to asset based lending facilities.

2020CA merges with Beavis Morgan to form BM2020 ltd, offering outsourced accounting and finance support including bookkeeping, management accounts, VAT, payroll and a virtual FD service.
2011
Level 1 Finance is incorporated, becoming BM Advisory South in 2013 following the acquisition of the Crawley and Worthing offices of Atherton Bailey, and enhancing the company’s insolvency and corporate restructuring offering in the southern region of England.

BM Advisory is incorporated, bringing insolvency, restructuring and advisory expertise to the group.
BM Structured Finance is formed, adding an independent finance brokerage arm to the BM Advisory offering.
Beavis Morgan invests in an MBO of global investment firm 3B Capital to form Dowgate Capital Stockbrokers, providing corporate broking and wealth management services.
