Adam joined BM Advisory now Moorfields Advisory in May 2015 having previously been an Associate Director in the Advisory Restructuring practice of Grant Thornton, dealing with both insolvency and restructuring assignments.
In 2011 Adam was seconded to the Special Management Team of RBS Invoice Finance for 12 months as a relationship manager dealing directly with a portfolio of cases experiencing financial problems.
Adam has significant restructuring and insolvency experience across a range of industries and obtained the JIEB qualification in 2008.

Andrew started his career in insolvency in 2000 at Levy Gee in Worthing before moving to Tenon plc where he particularly enjoyed working on public interest cases involving boiler room frauds. Andrew has extensive experience of a mixed portfolio of cases covering all aspects of corporate and personal work, with a particular interest in investigations and complex litigation.
In 2009, Andrew qualified as an insolvency practitioner. He joined BM Advisory now Moorfields Advisory in August 2018 and is based in our Gatwick office.

Andy is one of the founding partners of BM Advisory, now Moorfields Advisory and leads the UK restructuring practice.
A Chartered Certified Accountant and a UK Licenced Insolvency Practitioner, Andy offers over 25 years’ experience in working closely with lenders, investors, boards and other stakeholders to preserve value and optimise the outcome in often challenging and business critical situations.
His areas of expertise include working closely with stakeholders on strategies to avoid business failure, as well as guiding businesses through a formal insolvency process should this become unavoidable. Provided BM Advisory is involved at an early stage, more often than not Andy and his team are able to ensure the survival of a business in some format by involving the partners within different divisions of the group, including Cadence Advisory and BM Structured Finance, as well as the group’s extensive database of investors and other turnaround professionals.
Andy is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association and works closely with the Asset Based Lending industry.

Paul is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and holds a master’s degree in Employment Law – an area of his work he remains avidly interested in.
Out of work, Paul enjoys running, cycling, swimming and one day hopes to complete his first triathlon.
